Reviews influence the purchase decisions of buyers, that’s a fact. And several studies indicate that more than 90% of customers read and trust reviews before buying online. Whether we like it or not, our product and company public image includes the customer reviews and how we react to them. Thus, our customer service process has to incorporate a mechanism to timely detect reviews and provide a professional answer.
This gadget displays the last five reviews of a marketplace partner account, no matter which app the review belongs to, over a specific period of time. Each review includes the reviewer name and avatar, the rating, the rated app, the total number of reviews and rating of the app, and the comment that the reviewer left.
Name your gadget meaningfully, so everyone knows at a glance what it is about and when to use it. Fill out the rest of the fields as applicable, namely:
The datasource, select a Marketplace datasource (see Add and Manage Datasources).
The vendor associated with the marketplace partner account.
Finally, indicate if you want to use the current settings for all the compatible gadgets in the dashboard. This option eases the pain of configuring one by one the rest of the gadgets with the same default configuration
